Is it ridiculous to bring my mom to my bachelorette party?

I think it has a lot to do with what you're planning? I love my mom but I don't bring her to the bar at night, I don't go on vacation with her, so I'm not bringing her to my bachelorette party, which I consider a time to let loose with the girls .

That doesn't mean you couldn't bring her if you want her there! There are lots of things to do for your bachelorette party that would be cool with her there, especially if you play a role in planning it. The last wedding I was in we did a surprise party for my friend, she is one of the tamest girls i know so it was nothing crazy at all, but if I had thought that she would have wanted her mom there, we would have catered to that, and I think the atmosphere would be a lot different.

Depends on your relationship.

My mom and I are mad chill and she was there the whole time. Including me talking about oral sex on the stage at Lips and my mother simulating a blow job on a balloon that was shaped like a penis.

If you guys have that kinda friendship, go for it! I love that my mom was there.

Yea, my mom is fun as hell. We are taking a party bus to AC. She's going to have her own room and definitely won't be hitting the clubs with us. I'm sure she won't leave the slot machines. All my friends love her, that's why I would even consider it. I doubt I'll be doing anything totally 'mom unacceptable' so I guess I'll just bring her.

for my sister-in-laws BP we went to the city to HUNKAMANIA!!! I told my mom she wasn't allowed to come. lol

I was not looking at naked guys with my mom. Thats uncomfortable.

But then again my dad when to the strip club with my brother....

my mom can sometimes be a crazier partier then I am! my stepdad would probably flip because he's one of those jealous types but before that my mom would have so been at mine. it really just depends how close you and your mom are in that way.

It's totally up to you if you want your mom there or not.

Personally, we are doing 2 separate b-parties. First one will be with my girls (the younger, crazy crowd) and the second is going to be the 'old ladies' b-party (as my family likes to call it) and we'll be going away on a spa weekend (my mom, grandmas, aunts, cousins, and SIL).

I don't think it's ridiculous.....but my mom did not come to mine & I'm happy bout that. I've been to ones where moms have been there tho...it's whatever you & your mom are comfortable with.

my mom was at mine... no matter what we did i would have invited her... but i know she wouldnt have gone if it was more than the baseball game... most of my aunts came too
