Bachelorette Party

Ok, so I was planning on having this a month before our wedding. But after thinking about it more.........6 of my bridesmaids won't be able to attend as they all live out of state and the country.

So I was talking with my FI tonight and I mentioned having it the Wednesday/Thursday before the wedding. Everyone will be here by that time, and will be able to take part.

Has anyone else had their's so close to their wedding? If so, were you happy with your decision? Pro's and Con's would be great!!

PS: We're having a wedding coordinator so I won't have to worry about too much last minute things the few days prior........

If my friends have one for me anytime a week before the wedding that is cool....However I know I will be having one the weekend before, b/c I have some OOT girls that I want there!!! So I think as long as there will be no last minute things you need to wrap up and you will have time to recooperate before the wedding...go for it!!

I think it depends what it is.... if it's going to be something like a relaxing spa day & dinner, then I think it could be great!

Not quite sure what the day/night will be like. Will know closer to the time, but I'm hoping to have some type of dinner included, that's for sure :)
