bachelorette party

soo, im organizing it myself cos my bridesmaids are bz and have different schedules. i was thinkin tropicana in AC (cos borgata is a lil more $$).. there are 10 girls who expressed interest in going.. do i ask them to split the $ for the room? its like $400 for one room, one night.. what do u think i should do?

yea they definately should chip in for the room & pay for you- i know you said your bridal party was too busy to plan it- but do you have a close friend you can ask to plan it and put it together maybe?

eta- i stayed at tropicana for a bachelorette party like 2 years ago & we had a great time- they have great restaurants (we did carmines) and cute little bars/clubs- it was a blast

i would write an email just throwing out the idea, saying how much it would cost and how much it would be per person and see how they feel about it. Say youre not sure and not set on it so if anybody doesnt like it to be open about it

also will 10 girls fit in one room? if some dont mind sleeping on the floor 1 room should be fine but otherwise might not be enough room

yeah thats what i did.. facebooked the idea out w/ the price.. so let's see if they pick up on the idea lol.. i guess 1 room would be enough since we're prob. not gonna sleep anyway.. i figure if we do it in june, we could chill on the boardwalk, eat cheap food, and party/drink til we puke

well shouldn't be a problem, just ask for extra cots in the room they provide that for an extra fee or bring air mattresses
