thinking of doing part of it in the city and the dinner part out here so more people can come...have any of you done this??

We did. We started with food and drinks at my house. My BM's got pizza, heroes, and a few different salads and all brought them over. They came about two hours before the limo was to pick us up. Worked out great, that way my sister who didn't want to go to the city could still spend some time with us.
