Crashing. Just be careful with the Borgata and groupons. FH and I got a groupon for the Borgata and were so excited because it was a great deal. Well, we went and several things went wrong. For one, FH had ordered roses to be sent to our table at the restaurant at the hotel and it didn't happen (they were sitting behind the counter when we arrived). He had to leave dinner and go to the front desk. This had him on edge the whole rest of the night because he was going to propose and wanted everything to go smoothly. We went back to our room and the hotel had set up the room beautifully with rose petals, champagne, and my favorite wine. FH proposed, we opened the champagne, and we went to a comedy show (which was very funny). The next day, we wake up, clean up the room, and head out. We found out a few days later that they charged him for having to 'clean the floors and walls due to champagne and water damage.' I call BS! There was absolutely nothing on the floors, and DEFINITELY nothing on the walls. FH tried to argue it, but they wouldn't budge. I guess they figured that if they charged him for that, it ended up covering the whole cost of the room. It really was disappointing because we will never stay at the Borgata again - so upsetting since it's where FH proposed and should be a special place now.
This is just my experience with them. I would hope this wouldn't happen again.

I love harrah's...we got a great weekend rate a couple years ago, and while its not on the boardwalk, the pool is a must especially for a bachelorette,so I'm sure you will end up there at some point no matter where you stay! And I think Pauly D is the DJ there???

Definitely check jetsetter or groupon for great details at awesome hotels! They sometimes include spa packages too!

Revel is REALLY nice, and you can probably get a good deal since they recently filed for bankruptcy (oops). They have pool parties over the summer which are REALLY FUN. It's very Vegas.

Revel is amazing but expensive, I love the Taj but you have to stay in the new chairman's tower! It's definitely the nicest rooms besides Revel.

It's having trouble bringing people in...which is crazy to me because when I've been there it's absolutely been busy. They spent billions on it and it hasn't brought in as much as it should. I think one thing is it's smoke-free, and a lot of gamblers smoke, and also it targets a younger crowd, which isn't a big part of the gambling population. It's seriously such a gorgeous hotel though and they had the right idea when they built it, it's a true glamourous Vegas resort-type of hotel. They worked out some sort of deal with Atlantic City that they can't actually determine the value of the resort for 4 years, so they're definitely guaranteed to be open for that long at least.
