Bachelorette Party at the Vineyards??

Hi Girls - I am planning to have my bachelorette party vineyard hopping in Long Island. Does anyone have an affordable limo company that is based out in that area and does not charge for travel time getting out there?? I looked at a couple of places already and the 2 that I called both want to charge 2 hours of travel time!!! That doesn't include the 5 or so hours I would need just to take us around for the day....Any suggestions?? Also, any other tips for bachelorette parties out that way would be great. Thanks!!

I would give Serenity Limo's a call
They are located at the Inn at East Wind, which is in Wading River and not far from the Vineyards.

I don't know if you are planning on staying over, but if you are a great place is 'Heron Harbor Suites' in Southold. You can get a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch and a great kitchen area. We stayed there for mine, it was really nice and close to everything. And it had a pool which we all jumped in after tasting wine all day.

This is what I am planning on doing too, but including the boys, going to be a joint party thing. I need to start figuring out the details soon myself.

Re: Bachelorette Party at the Vineyards??

I did this for my SIL's bachelorette party and it was SOOO fun. I don't remember who the comapny was, but we got a small party bus and I highly suggest doing that. There were tables and a bathroom on it plus plenty of room for the coolers and jello shots We started on the South Fork (which is where I live) and went to Channing Daughters and Duck Walk. Then we hit a bunch on the North Fork. I suggest making an itinerary of wineries you want to go to before you go and give it to the driver because we had to keep telling him where to go. I think we went to maybe 8 total, but we had lots of booze on the bus so needless to say after 8 we were done!! Then we took the ferries to Shelter Island and stopped at the Chiquit Inn for drinks and ended back up in Sag Harbor at SIL's house for the stripper (don't reccomend!!!) If you plan on staying only on the Norht Fork you should go to Claudios in Greenport. It's a really fun restaurant/bar right on the water. Feel free to FM me with any questions. You'll have an amazing time
