I would just ask your MOH and BMs to call your friend and include her in the planning process...

Your friend must really care for you to make the offer. Perhaps your bridal party can put aside their feelings and allow this girl to take the lead with the plans. If your MOH really had envisioned a different type of party, perhaps they can try to work it out.
