My BM's and I were thinking of either going to Puerto Rico or Nassau, Bahmas for a long weekend getaway. Is there nightlife? It is safe and alot to do? Where did you stay or have heard good things about? Thanks!

I've gone to PR and stayed at The Grand Hotel. At night we mostly stayed on the resort because they had several restaurants, bars & clubs to go to. There were also nearby hotels with other stuff do as well.
I'm sure it is fine to venture out as well but we decided not to.

Stay at the Atlantis in Naussa- now there is a party! It is a bit expensive though, but so worth it... We are planning of possibly taking a weekend away too... especially since FH wants to go South Beach, I figured 'Hey, why not do that myself- go away with the girls' We will see...

The Grand was located in San Juan. It is a four or five star hotel but we went during their off season and got a great deal. This was a few years ago thought...so not sure how it is now.

I lived in PR for 5 years and there is alot of night life in San Juan. Lots of clubs and bars you can go to. There are also nice hotels that you can also gamble at.
