Bachelorette Party Help!

So, my b-party is next week and I need to plan it NOW! We're going to Mangia e Bevi in Midtown Manhattan for dinner, and I want to go out dancing after.

I'm thinking a bar/club with a dj who plays pretty mainstream stuff (Z-100 type, 80s, stuff like that) so everyone's happy. Nowhere we'd have to wait an hour to get in - something more low key. Any suggestions? I haven't been out dancing in literally YEARS, and even then, it was at 'alternative' clubs on the Lower East Side.

wish i could help i am stuck on this too mine is the weekend of the 30th....but we were considering the all americsn male review after the show it turns into a club i`m not so keen on the stripper idea but the girls are working on me....

I'm really not up for strippers, I hate having the spotlight on me, and I don't want some dude trying to dance with me because it's my b-party. I know a lot of girls who'd love it though, it just depends.

I just want to have some beer, hear some fun music, and forget that my FH's Bachelor party is that night too!

see i am right there with ya! they want to get VIP admission and buy a chair on the stage...i was like sure go right ahead...i wont be sitting in it!!! lol other then that i was going to go to LIPS or Lucky Chengs. Drag Queen shows food drinks....or the awesome 80`s prom then addmission to webster hall is free after...
