I need some ideas for a bachelorette party on long island. I've been to plenty in the city but none on long island so I don't know where to start. Any help would be appreciated! TIA!

I've done Fire Island and the Hamptons. Personally, I like fire Island better but it's really more about what your into. we also did Mirage and VIP'd it and that was nice. We had a lot of fun there. there's also that whole Island Park area that's fun too.

we're doing the vineyards in the daytime and Claudio's in Greenport at night. . And maybe some outlet shopping the next day.

I LOVE Claudio's - I've always had a good time there.
I've heard of girls doing the Vineyards during the day, and something like that, the Hamptons, Port Jeff, Huntington or any of those towns with several bars afterwards. I think some common other places (as a few were mentioned above) are Montauk, the Hamptons, Fire Island and Long Beach.

Are there bachelorette party type places in these towns. I know if you go into the city say to the culture club, there are always other bachelorettes there. i don't want to go to a regular bar and have the bachelorette look out of place....if that makes sense

We are doing my MOH's bachelorette party 6/24 & we are going to the Vineyards during the day with North Fork Trolley's

Oh, I gotcha. Well, I've seen BPs almost every time I've gone to Fire Island, and I'm sure the Hamptons always has them, but I don't really go out there so don't quote me on that. Claudio's isn't a bad place for it either. They always have bands there, so people are up dancing.
I don't really know any bars on LI that I can compare to Culture Club as far as being known as a bachelorette party destination.

my MOH is planning for the entire bridal party to go to an all day spa and dinner afterwards. That seems to be the hot thing now.
all brides will really need some relaxation!!!

I went on a dinner cruise boat out of Freeport NY. It included dinner open bar and dj for 4 hours. we had a really good time, everyone was able to stay together and then we rented a limo to go out to some local bars.

- vineyards (rent a limo and don't tell them it's for a bach. party.. they will charge you more $$$) - spa party - dinner and club - male review - fire island

I like the cruise idea...I may look into that. I was just thinking about renting a big limo and starting in nassau county and heading east, stopping at different bars/clubs along the way.

I just had my bachlorette pary Friday night. My girls rented a limo and we went to dinner and then to Mulcahy's. The Nerds were playing (they are an awesome cover band) and they even invited me to dance on stage during my favorite song. I had the best time!

Mine was a spa party. It was awesome. The spa closed for us. We were there five hours. It was amazing.

me & my girls are doing an overnight at either Foxwoods or mohegan sun. Theres so much to do from beautiful restaurants, the casino, lounges, spas, bars, clubs....whatever suits your style!
