Hey girls - just wondering if you guys can post what you're doing for your bachelorette party. I'm pretty simple and don't really party too much. But am up for anything. Any Long Island ideas???

A bunch of us are staying at a friend's house in the Hamptons for the weekend. Having a cooking lesson out there (they teach you how to cook 4-5 dishes from apps to dessert, then you eat it!). That, plus bars, beach and shopping is my idea... maybe with a Passion Party thrown in! :) HTH

I've been to a Bachelorette party out in the vineyards on the northfork of LI and then we went horseback riding on the beach and we took limos, it was a blast!

I just had my bachelorette party last weekend and I have to say we had the best time!!
We went to Melting Pot for dinner and then took the train to Sweet Carolines in the city. It's a dueling piano bar!! It seriously was the best night!!

I was thinking the same thing until yesterday when one of my girlfriends emailed me that we should go to Saratoga in August, do a little gambling on the ponies, stay at a friends house on the lake and spa the next day since it is less expensive up there. We can drive and have no hotels to pay for. We'll have dinner out one night with everyone else who could not go, like my SIL & friends with little children.

I've been telling my MOHs that I want to do either the Awesome 80s Prom or Pole Dancing lessons followed by a Coyote Ugly type of bar or Culture Club (if it ever re-opens). So my thing is to party in the city.
As for Long Island ideas, like someone above mentioned, the Melting Pot sounds like a great place for a dinner thing. It's a fondue place.
One of my friends who got married last year wasn't much into partying, so when we planned her bachelorette party, we did dinner and a show at a Comedy Club. We went to Governor's in Levittown.
Another idea is getting psychic readings. Or doing a spa day.

I am from the island There are so many places that you could go to. If you are looking for the summer there are places on the water or I could recommend more low key places as well. FM me with wehre you were looking and ill try my best for ya!

we were gonna do a trolley ride theu north fork trolley but it fell thru so we are renting a cottage in montauk for the weekend!!
