Bachelorette Party ideas

My MOH & BM will be taking me to a spa in the afternoon, but then I want to do something at night with all of my friends and whomever else wants to join in.

My first idea was the Awesome 80s prom, but my MOH thinks its too $$ for very little...

Any ideas on what we can do, where to go??

(ps - absolutely no strippers...not my thing)

Does it have to be a club type thing, or would you want like a nice dinner/lounge type thing?

There's always fondue, and there's a champagne bar in the city which seems really cool, I can't remember the name, but I know that Esquire Bride went there as part of her b-party and it looked so unique and cool!

Me and my girlfriends did the 80's prom thing a couple of years ago for fun and Ill tell ya, it was a lot of fun!!! Just lettin you know. I dont remember how much we spent....

are you a fan of SATC? What about their tour?

I wouldnt mind doing that. I need to look into it further though.

also I have been thinking for mine to do a spa weekend in ct.

or go out to dinner and then go see the show naked boys singing and then prob to a club in the city ...

I did the SATC tour too and it was lots of fun!! It could be a day thing to do for your Bach Party....

Its at Webster Hall in the city. Its literally like you are at an 80's prom and you dress the part too! They have a bar and they vote for prom queen and king....almost like they put on a show. Theres actors (not BIG time actors/actresses) walking around.

They have Bach Party Packages actually!

I personally LOVE your spa in CT for a weekend idea Relaxing......

is it 21 & over? I left out a small, minute detail - my FSIL (BM) is only 19....

I'm doing spa in the day, then dinner and awesome 80's prom at night, theres like 15 of us, and I'm not sure of the cost because it's the one thing for the wedding not in my control!!!

hahaha...and my FH has the same problem, one of his GM is only 20!

My bridesmaids and friends are going out to dinner and then going to a pole danceing/striptease class! Im really excited for it! I'm really not into the whole bar/club scene so this was perfect for me :) I just wanted a fun, close girly night with my closest buddies
