take a look at www.cityhunt.org we did it for my best friends bach party and had the BEST time!!!! SOOO different! Its basically a bar crawl/scavenger hunt that is created based on the bride and groom!! we did dinner before hand and had such a blast! fm me for more info! it was soo much fun!!!

I'm having two.
The one with the younger crowd (BP and friends) we will be taking a pole dancing class in the city earlier in the day and then later in the evening I would like to go out for dinner (not sure where yet) and then do some good old fashion bar hopping in the city.
The second one my family likes to refer to as 'Old People' back party, and this will be a weekend getaway with my mom, my grandmas, my aunts, my cousins, and my sister in law. We will be doing either Foxwoods/Mohegan/AC, going there on a Friday and gamble it up, Saturday we'll do a spa day followed by dinner and more gambling and partying and then coming home Sunday. They actually can't stop talking about it - I think they are more excited for this than the wedding LOL

We are spending a weekend in Fire Island. We are also going to rent a limo and go wine tasting so all the ':older' women can join in on that!

i guess i'm boring, plus it's important for me to have a nice big group go, so i'm not planning on going away, or even overnight!
the wedding's july 3, so i figure a night out at ocean beach fire island dinner and bar hopping sometime in june sounds perfect :)
