Bachelorette Party in Philly

So my cousins Bach Party was supposed to be in NY but it got moved to Philly. We were GOING to do pole dancing THEN go to Lucky Changs or Lips for dinner and THEN go back to the hotel and have an old fashioned slumber party. One of the MOH's is her sister and only 19 so we can't do anything 21. Well now it's moved to Philly and we are stuck! Does anyone have any idea on a fun and interactive place to go to dinner in Philly? Since we're not going to a club or bar we want to make sure she has RIDICULOUS fun out at dinner!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
