Hey girls, how many of you had a say in your Bachelorette party? Im having an issue because my friend wanted it to be a surprise but I didnt want it to be. I wanted to help her plan it and make sure it was something I wanted to do. But shes slow on planning everything hadnt picked a date and I kept telling her you have to pick a date so the girls know and have time. The date I wanted of course wasnt good for her. She tells me Im a control freak but so is she. Im just upset because now Im like whatever and shes like plan your own party and just tell me when and where. But I dont understand why we couldnt just have sat down together and had a good time planning it together?? Oh and I must add that my shower isnt a surprise cause I had to help with that cause noone was doing anything, but now this is supposed to be a surprise!? And God forbid I say anything shes immediately defensive. What do you girls think? Im ready to just forget the whole thing!!

I planned my bach party.... i even booked the rooms for the weekend... the date was decided by the guys actually since they planned theirs first and i wanted the girls to go away the same weekend...
no one asked why i was doing it myself or anything like that... my cousin is my MOH and has been go with the flow... 'we'll do whatever you wanna do' kinda person.... i think this girl of yours needs to chill out and remember its your day and should do what pleases you, not her...

Yeah I planned mine too - or the first half of it .. the other half is STILL NOT PLANNED. . but we actually are taking everyone to a mets game first and then separating into my party and FH's. . so it had to be a certain date and we were hosting. . I think planning with your BP can be fun. .. the imp part is doing it not that it's a surprise right??
