Bachelorette Party related
I went to a bachelorette party this weekend and just wanted to share it with you, since some of you might be planning these things.
We went into Manhattan and went to two places - Mangia e Bevi and the Culture Club.
Mangia e Bevi was a blast, we got to dance on the chairs, and have a great time. I would definitely go to this place again. Everyone there was celebrating a BP, it was crazy, I had heard about this place but thought it was just an italian restaurant! They had great martinis also.
Culture Club - blah, I wouldn't want to go there again. I love 80's music and have been wanting to go to this place for years. Well let me tell you it wasn't all its cracked up to be. The drinks are way too expensive, its way too crowded and all these nasty guys are trying to dance with you and don't leave you alone. Maybe thats just the club scene - I was never a clubber when I was younger, but it was too expensive for the experience.
So if you are going to the city for your BP DEFINITELY go to Mangia e Bevi but you can skip the Culture Club.
