We're trying to plan my bachelorette party. Do you have any ideas of restaurants near Smithtown that would be a fun dinner place to begin our evening? Thanks

in the smithtown area? not too sure, but there are bars/restaurants on main street are you looking for crazy/fun? classy?
There is the hibachi place in hauppuage-cant remember the name though right now....

How many people are you looking to go with....there is also a hibachi place in St. James that is really good and closer to Smithtown.
you could also go to John Harvards....it's a pretty good....reasonably priced.
Old Street Pub is also pretty good and they have an area in the back that they can make a big table for a group...

yes, this is the place I was thinking of...and very close to smithtown
for more of a 'nice' dinner- San Marco is awesome-in the same area as Gasho too

it's nowhere near smithtown, but i figured i'd post it anyway cuz it was awesome - four food studio in melville. we went there to start my bachelorette party and i loved it.

if your looking for a nice resturant you could go to either the garden grill or H20....more fun would be something like Blue Honu or Gasho....Old street in Smithtown is nice to...it;s kind of like an old man's bar..but the food is good....and the bartender steve is awesome!!
