I think we've narrowed down that we are going to see Naked Boys Singing for my bachelorette party - but where should we go for dinner? Some suggestions besides Lucky Chengs, Lips & Mangia e bevi would be great!
Thank you!!!!

Tony DiNapolis in the theater district is very good. The food is family style, reasonable and yummy. They accept reservations so you wont have to worry about waiting forever. They have a website, check them out.

Mangia e Bevi (Italian) - http://www.mangiaebevirestaurant.com
We went here for a friend's birthday. The food was good, and they encourage you to stand on your chairs and dance. They hand out tambourines and stuff. They don't force you to do anything, but it's fun.
There's another place that does this downtown, but I can't remember the name. I think it's Mexican food.

I think Tortilla Flats downtown does it

Also just thought of another fun place, if it is still around. I went years ago and it was such a blast.
Cafe Wha.

Wakiki Wally's (Fun Family Style Polynesian Luau theme) It's in the East Village Caliente Cab Company (West Village) Sammi's Romanian Steakhouse (East Village) Taj (West Side, I think on 20th Street) French-Indian fusion. I loved this place. They actually used it on Sex in the City. There is an upstairs area for large parties that overlooks the dance floor. The drinks are GREAT!

Funny ... a friend of mine actually suggested this today for a party we're planning this month. Maybe we'll add it to our list!

I just went to Mangia Bevi for my bach. dinner this past saturday and it was so much fun! They had us standing on chairs singing and dancing and gave us BJ shots... It was really a good start to the night!

Dos Caminos is great. Not sure where the NBS theater is, but there's one on Park Ave. and 26th, and another in Soho on West Broadway and Houston.
