Bachelorette Party Suggestions!

Bachelorette Party Suggestions!

My BP and I are trying to come up with some fun ideas for my bachelorette party! Although my ideal one is to go to an amusement park during the day and then party like i wasback in college at night that doesn't look like it will happen. Most of my friends dont have the money to fly somewhere(ex orlando, vegas). We went to AC for my friend's bachelorette party last summer and although i had a great time i kind of want to do something different so it doesn't feel the same. I go out in the city all the time so i rather do something different. My MOH found out that the hershey park spa does chocolate massages and she thought that would be perfect cause we could do that and then go to the amusement park but there is no night life that we know of in that area and i want to party all night long.
So i'm writing to you girls for suggestions! During the day i really dont want to lounge around on the beach, i want to do something! I'd say wineries but wine puts me to sleep. I had read on here about the cruises to no-where and that sounded PERFECT except they only have them now in september and my party is going to be the last weekend in July. Grrr....

Does anyone have any different ideas?

or has anyone been to AC to a spa there where they let you get massages with your friends? We checked out the borgata spa as an option and they said they woudlnt even let us have two in a room, we want to do something as a group at least.
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

So far this is our plan Friday: dinner with the FG's, then leave them w/ thier daddies and head out to karaoke or dancing. Saturday: spa day at my BM's house, passion party then dinner and dancing or sleepover. Sunday, brunch, relax by the pool and a BBQ

What about Great Adventure and then down to seaside heights for some night life!

Re: Bachelorette Party Suggestions!

what is a passion party??

right now i'm thinking maybe - a day in NYC

lunch at max brenners for some delicious chocolate goodies
trapeze class with the girls (just like carrie in S&TC)
shopping
Dinner
Karaoke - i heard about Spolight Live on Broadway (1604 broadway) it got great reviews...anyone ever been there?
Bars the rest of the night

i'm also thinking maybe the weekend before since FH is having his bachelor party then maybe i could go to hershey park day spa and go get a chocolate massage with my best friend and whoever else wants to go....or i could do that the friday of my bachelorette party....it's not expensive if we stay at a cheap hotel and who cares since its more for what we're doing during the day...

I went to Spotlight Live on their opening--my company was there. It's a fun place and great for groups.

Re: Bachelorette Party Suggestions!

I think trapezing would be so much fun.

If you want to do something in the daytime, then why not actually go to an amusement park? Go to Great Adventure and then party it up on the Shore at night.

Re: Bachelorette Party Suggestions!

we took my friend out to the melting pot for chocolate and cheese fondues and drinks to start off the night. with a group of 6 girls, it was an awesome time!! we were in fredricksburg, va though, so there wasn't much night life, but we managed to find one decent bar/club to go to. but we had a GREAT time at the melting pot!!!

Re: Bachelorette Party Suggestions!

Originally I said Great Adventure...the bad thing about it is that it will be crazy busy on a Saturday and I dont want to end up just standing on lines all day. Some of my BMs, which frustrated me, complained that they would be so wiped out after an amusement park that they wouldnt have the energy to go out at night...maybe i can convince them otherwise!! thanks for the ideas girls!!!
