Back and Married!!
Hi ladies! We arrived home to VA tonight after flying back to JFK yesterday from our honeymoon in the DR. We're exhausted and still finding it hard to believe that we are married, had a honeymoon and it's not all some kind of wonderful dream!
First off, thank you to Ryan for passing on the BOTW crown. I could FM somehow but not post from down there... weirdness. Now time to celebrate our remaining 07 brides!!!
I'll do a review later, but truly not a single thing went wrong on our day. I do have some minor regrets about not having thought more about who I wanted to take photographs with, but nothing was an 'blunder.'
Our vendors were all outrageously fantastic (Danfords, Sir Oliver, Stacey Ilyse Photography, Open House Country Florist, Sound Choice Entertainment, Jacqueline Nicole, Three Village Inn for the RD, to name the major ones), and I can't wait to see our pictures. I think the mass was the most special part of the day. We began our life-long celebration of the Sacrament of Marriage and it was beyond beautiful in setting, spoken word, and music.
So, here are some pictures that my cousin took as a teaser. He's a professional photographer in Colorado but does weddings too. He got in Stacey's way (our paid professional photog) more than I wanted but she dealt with him very well and swiftly...no hard feelings which was good. These he took in color digital and just swapped them into black and white. I'll be uploading more shots as I get them from people so they'll be in my albums.
Glad to be back and now it's time for our other December brides!!! I think this is the remaining list:
12/22/07 beeinsilly Crest Hollow
12/22/07 LongDistanceFiance Jericho Terrace
12/29/07 MattandTricia07 East Wind
12/29/07 BlueIGirl04 Hamlet Willow Creek
12/29/07 Soon2beMrsH Fox Hollow

Congrats ladies!
