Back and married!!!!!

Hey ladies,
We had a wonderful time at our wedding! I will post a full review soon but just a few things: Thomas Paul- AWESOME!!! So wonderful to work with him and his crew and I can't wait to see the shots he took!!!! He showed me some on his camera last night and I LOVEEE them so far!
Crest Hollow, eh-- whatever. They gave me a great wedding in the end and I loved every second of it- but all that madness they put me thru before the wedding totally put a bad taste in my mouth for ever using them again for any event. More about that later...... I'm gonna try and post some pics in my album!!!!

beautiful picturers, congrats again! I have the Empire Room as well, and it's so nice to finally see pictures of a CH wedding that's not in the Plaza Room.

What room did they have the cocktail hour in?

That's actually not the empire room, it's the grand ballroom! The cocktail hour was also in the grandballroom but they had a wall up so it was only half as big. (We did cocktail hr, ceremony, then reception) so I actually couldnt even tell we were in the same room for the cocktail hr and reception!!!!!!

Maybe the room has another name, but that's certainly my room. how many events did they have that evening? Fh and I are hoping they have our cocktail hour in a separate room.

We cancelled having it outdoors, but now we're thinking about having it outside again. Did they have the guests leave the room and wait outside while they fixed it up for the reception?

The guests probably had no idea the cocktail hr was even in the same room as the actual party.. it was set uo totally different. We had cocktail hr from 7-8 then our ceremony in the Starlight(?? I think) Room from 8-9 and during the ceremony they opened it up and made it into the grandball room so at 9 when everyone walked in it looked completely different and was all set to go for dinner and dancing!!!!!! Good luck getting Crest Hollow to tell u where your cocktail hour is going to be- they most likely WON'T tell you until the week of. Be careful they are very sneaky abt that which angered me a lot. Also they refused to tell us what other events were going on that night but it turns out I think it was just 1 sweet 16 and some fashion show event, but I didn't see those people at all. They make such a big deal over nonsense. Good luck! You will have a great wedding though.

Gotcha, CH and then ceremony, so the guests went into Starlight in between. I really like the Starlight room, but the dancefloor is so small! Looking forward to seeing more pictures!
