Ok so I've recently lost about 75 lbs and my back has some loose skin. The dress I got has a semi low corset. Tightening the closet makes me look great and thin from the front but creates the dreaded back fat crease in the back. Any suggestions??? Help!

Maybe a personal trainer to help you tone back muscles?

You can even do yoga to help you tone. I've noticed the difference since I started.

When I went to do my dress fitting I was so worried about that, but the seamstress like moved my fat/skin around and made everything smooth. I'm not sure how she did it but it was pretty awesome lol

I have back fat too! I am glad I am not the only one. I would like to lose at least 10-20 pounds before the wedding and we have about a year to go. You can try a lot of free weight back exercises. My FH always tells me that you can't spot train areas, so maybe just do intense cardio and weight lifting and hopefully it will shrink.

maybe you could keep the top part of the corset a little looser and have it pulled tighter as you go down

i read a post on weddingbee that if they make your dress into a low V in the back it reduces back fat http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/fix-armpit-fat-and-back-fat-with-dress-alterations-not-exercise#axzz2gKtq8qtt
