Back from Bridal Reflections!

I just got back from Bridal Reflections in Massapequa, and I had a really great experience, overall. Darnell was the woman who helped me, and she was just great. She only pulled dresses within my budget, and she was SO friendly & warm which really means a lot to me. We bonded over our love for cats!

She didn't pull a *TON* of dresses for me, but I know exactly what style I want + I'm limited by size (need plus sized samples) & budget ($2,000), so that's understandable. She pulled four dresses for me. Two I just didn't like, so I didn't bother walking out with those.

But I did get to try on both the Maggie Sottero Mona Lisa Roayle & the Victoriana. Both were absolutely gorgeous & stunning dresses. At the last bridal shop I went to, they didn't have any dresses in my size that I loved, so this was really my first *wow* moment. The Victoriana was more *me* though. I absolutely got a good feeling about it, but I want to follow through with the rest of my appointments. The woman told me that Maggies can take up to 9 months to get in, so my last appt. is Jan 31st, and I am making a decision on Feb 1st lol.

I had Darnell also. She really is great to work with. I tried on the royale also and it is such a pretty dress. I am glad you had a great experience. You should also try the one in carle place. I thought thier prices were higer but I went anyway and may have actually found my dress there for only $1500. Thier styles are different at each location

That dress is really pretty! Are you getting it in the rose color? that color is stunning on that dress!

and maggie dresses do NOT take 9 months. PUHLEASE! maggie dresses are veryyyyy popular..u can have it it WEEKS if u want. they are just trying to scare u.

ill show u a trick, call them up again..pretend ur some1 else and tell them u want the mona lisa or the other dress butur wedding is in 2 months... see what they say heheheh

I love Darnell I used her too and found my dress. She is so knowledgeable about the dresses and what will look right on her brides.

I loooove Victoriana! I almost got it!!

ETA: Darnell was the saleswoman who showed it to me and I loooooooooooved her! She was amazing. I feel bad I didn't order from her, but I didn't end up with a maggie. Oh well.
