such nice pics! The best part of SD is not only that its unbelieably beautiful but you will be blessed with gorgoues weather every single day! Because of this my closet is not stuffed with sweaters and jackets, you dont need them!

we don't really have any particular reason for moving... but Steve just finished his master's in december, and I am finishing mine in may -- so we are both starting off fresh, with no jobs... so we figured since neither of us have jobs yet, and we have no kids, and we're just getting married... that there would be no better time than this to just do something fun and different! we don't have any family out there, but i'm sure we'll be fine... just me, steve, and our dog! both of our families are really supportive of our move, although i'm sure they'd rather we stay! we figure we'll take it year by year, and if we love it... we'll stay for a few years, otherwise after one year we'll come back to NY. New York is really where we'd want to raise our kids, because we definitely want to be around both of our families when we start our own family

anyone wanna come with us?

OMG I HEART CALI!! Although I've never been to San Diego/Southern Cali.

I love San Fran, Sausalito, Napa, Monterey, Pebble Beach and Carmel. If you've never been you MUST go and do the 17 mile drive. UNFORGETTABLE!!

that is so awesome! i really envy you! I wish i could do that but my mom is a divorced, living alone and me and my bro are all she has so i think it would kill her if we went. I am moving to nj and she already has a hard time about that...

now is the best time to move- like you said no kids, fresh start.. etc
