back from David's Bridal

back from David's Bridal

in the Westbury/Carle Place area. They were AWFUL...rude to us from the moment we walked in! Everyone we dealt with yelled at us. I said something and one of the employees said 'Sorry, but we're very busy today' and then two minutes later I heard another employee say to a customer 'We usually do appointments, but we're slow today so we were able to take you.'

After trying on dresses for 25 minutes, we were told 'Ok, we need to move it along. I don't have all day.'

We found one dress that we really liked, but I would never order it from there. I wasn't really expecting the most amazing service, but they were just downright nasty!

Ugghhh--sorry you had such a bad experience. I ordered my BM dresses from there. They were very nice the first time I went but a little snotty the second time. I was barely in the door before the woman asked to help me. I told her I wanted to order a dress and then she was upset that I walked away from her. The girl that took my info for the dress was probably the dumbest person I have ever encountered in my life. Try a different Davids Bridal bc they really did have some nice dresses.

That's horrible! I had a bad experience at the Lake Grove location, but I've heard good things about Massapequa.

I hate that store. Sorry that you had a very similar experience to mine. I would never go back to that location, they're so rude there.

It had to be bad experience day at Davids Bridal today. Went there to look at bp dresses. Had help for 10 minutes then was completely ignored.

That does not surprise me in that location. I also had a terrible experience

i had a bad experience there too..so I'm not surprised. I actually complained to the manager because the girls were shouting their lunch order to eachother while we were trying on dresses. Then, the stupid girl told my sister she had big feet. Go to the one Massapequa.

I had a bad experience at that location too. I went to see if they had the headpiece I wanted and it took them 40 minutes to tell me that they didn't have it and find out if Long Island City had it. And I already knew which one I wanted!

I recommend Massapequa or the Long Island City location. I had great experiences with those 2 stores.
