I went to my tasting today at Flowerfield. I just want to say that it was SO elegantly done. They food was amazing, I dont know how I will choose. The service was incredible. I was so pleased. I feel that my guests will really be treated well. What a good feeling it was today to know that spending all this money is worth it! Just wanted to share...

Oh my gosh, I tasted everything: Here is the menu we sampled today: (however anything can be substituted or changed etc...for our tastes) I love that we have total control over side dishes, sauces, etc. We can pretty much design the menu. Here it goes: First course Portabella Sorrentino Steakhouse salad Maryland crab cake Lobster Imperial Mushroom strudel with frisee
Second Course: Filet Mignon Japense Breaded Chicken Chilean Sea Bass Sesame seared tuna Shrimp and Scallops Seared double cut pork chop *we tried many different wines as well ....YUMMY
Dessert: they brought around a dessert cart with cakes and mouse and pastries, expresso, cappuchino, coffee etc. I was blown away, everything was wonderful!

Christy, We were so impressed with our tasting too. It is worth every penny at Flowerfield. You will know after your wedding the it was SO worth it.

So glad it went well!! The food there is amazing! I've been to 2 weddings there and I'm such a picky eater, but I LOVED the food. Not ot mention the dessert was ridiculously amazing.EMO1:
