Back from my meeting

I'm back from my WW meeting...... today is a month that im doing it. I lost 1.8 lbs this week. So a total of 10lbs in a month not bad. I love going to the meetings. So many people are telling me that they can see the weigh loss. It makes me feel good. Plus I have been hitting the gym hardcore!!!!


Good luck to all my ladies that are doing the weight loss thing. You can do it.

You should go to the meeting. They are great! I tried doing it on my own for about a month and a half and I only lost 2lbs. The meetings are great. My leader is amazing. When you hear how much people lost it so much more motivating.

what type of dishes are in there??? I always see the book. I think im going to buy it! I'm always looking for new stuff to try. I seen a lot of great ones on the website.

My friend does ww watchers on line and doesn't stick to it. I like the meetings because of the pressure to perform you know??? How much are the meetings?

I do the monthly pass which is 39.95 so its like 9 a week. If you pay as you go it's 12. So you are saving 3.
