Okay ladies so this week I lost 4lbs!!!!

for a total of drumroll..........................................

8.2 lbs in 4 weeks.
I am so happy, this is the best motivation. I can't wait to lose more.

Great I'm going to go back to WW again. I have kept off 40 but haven't lost anything in 3 years.
