Back from our tasting...
And wowwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeee! The food was spectacular...
We tasted 2 salads and 3 entrees...
a pear salad with raspberry balsamic and candied walnuts (yum)
and a fresh mozz tomato salad but done a little different (yum x 2)
Then macadamia crusted salmon
Filet Mignon
& an organic chicken dish with polenta potatoes...
Seriously fantastic! WOW!
