Back from our trip to San Diego and Check, Check, Check...
Hi Ladies!!!
Hope everyone had a great weekend. FH and I spent a very busy and very wet weekend in San Diego. We've pretty much come to the conclusion that San Diego only gets rain if we come. We are both really worried about the wedding next year, but what are you gonna do?
While there we were able to get a few big checks done:
Invitation Designer - Check
DJ - Check
Florist - Check
They were really nice and the prices were great. My Wedding Coordinator recommended and works with them all. We are very very happy.
On Saturday I had my make-up trial and a special occasion hair style (will do the trial later). It came out great! I was so happy with what she did. I had on a TON of make-up but it felt so light. I couldn't believe it.
After that, the rain broke for us just long enough to have our Engagement Shoot. We had so much fun. FH and I were both dreading doing it because neither one of us are picture people, but it was great. Both our photographers were there and had about 4 cameras. We spent 2 hours taking hundreds of shots. I should have some teasers within the next couple of days, and the full CD of photos in 10. I can't wait.
We also checked out the hotels around our RH for our OOT guests and checked out some local restaurants for the Rehearsal Dinner.
We got so much accomplished on this trip. Now we don't have to go out again until August or September. We love it on Coronado, we're just tired of the drive!
