Back from vaca and back to LIW finally lol
Hello Ladies!!
I am back from the DR and had a great time. Very tan which makes me happy but peeling very little here and there. I seriously missed everyone and being on here a lot lol, FH made fun of me! I had come back Tuesday night and planned to post yesterday but sad things happened at work. I actually said to myself watch I come in after being away and have the 'you're being laid off' voicemail. Luckily I guess, I did not but a very close friend of mine did. I was relieved to at least be here for him when this happened but it was still really sad and a bummer to come back to. He's a great guy though and very smart and will do great, just sad to see him leave.
Anyway on happier notes, while I was on vaca totally thought of all you girls and how I had to post this. While we were in the pool I see an actual bride in her gown, IN THE POOL! haha This was not just a summery light dress it was a full on gown and she was swimming in it all happy go lucky haha. I think it's great to be that free-spirited and not care but boy did it bother me. It was just disturbing to see that gown in chlorine haha but that's just me, I'm neurotic lol!
Other than that the weather was awesome, def hot but beautiful and sunny. I heard it wasn't the greatest weather here. I hope the G2G still went on somehow and you all had fun. Also, hope everyone enjoyed their past weekend and is looking forward to the next! I have a wedding this Saturday but it's in NJ at the Manor, still very excited though.
I may be switching assignments soon at work and have a feeling I won't be able to post much if that happens. So, until then I will try to go full force lol. Oh and also my FSIL got her dress this past Friday. Unfortunately I missed it because I was away but it's gorgeous and I'm sooo excited for her!!! We are going to purchase our bridesmaid dresses on the 27th, first wedding I'll be in and I can't wait!!
Okay there's my extreme update on my life haha, missed you all and happy to be back (even though sad to not be on the DR beach lol)! Have I missed much?
