Back from Watermill

Back from Watermill

Hi All,
I attended the crop at the Watermill yesterday. Here are my observations:
It was very dark in there. One group moved their table over a few feet just so they'd be under a light. The tables are oval shaped, kind of tricky for 6 people.
The only vendor was the girl running the crop. There was also a Stampin' Up rep. Our table was disappointed as it sounded like there would be more vendors. We ended up leaving and going to the Scrap Away store down the road to pick up a few things.
The food was good. I didn't take any classes but heard they were okay. There was one die cut machine with a few dies.
I'm sorry to sound less than thrilled with this crop, but I have to admit, I was disappointed. I won't be going to the one in January.

Hi again,
I left out the fact that they had door prizes and a scavenger hunt which was fun. The lack of light was a big problem though.

Thanks for the review! I signed up for the january one already. I was thinking about lighting in there, it's always dark. 6 at an oval table is a lot, oh well at least I'll get to hang out with my LIW friends

I am sorry you were so disappointed.

I am scheduled for the January one and hope they make some changes for it. Otherwise< I'll just spend a nice afternoon hanging out with LIW girls and not get scrapbooking done

I'm sorry I sounded so negative about this crop, but I was very disappointed. That being said (yet again, lol), I AM SURE you'll have a great time with your friends! Enjoy!
