Back Pain

Is anyone else's back killing them? I am at 18 weeks and my back has been aching for a week now.

My doctor said I could take Tylenol, but I don't want to take it every day

I know that stores sell those maternity belts for back support. Has anyone used one?

Any advice would be great. Thanks.

I used an Si belt and a reg. back support belt throughout most of my pregnancy... My doctor also recommended that I went for PT during the last three months and the first six weeks after birth... OMG I HIGHLY reccommend asking your doctor if that would be something you could do.. it helped like 10,000%!!!!!!!!!!

I experienced back pain just about this time too, it was a combo of the weight I had been putting on, change of posture and going from high heels to a lower heel.

My doctor also sent me to PT and it was GREAT! They had a table with a belly hole in it so you could lay on your belly while they worked on your back.
