Back to reality!
Saturday = BEST DAY EVER!!! Chris and I could not have asked for a more perfect day! Everything from start to finish was exactly as we wanted and I'm happy to say that we remember every moment of it.
Of course you will get a long, extensive review out of my later but he's my quick little one:
Riviera - A++++++ absolutely amazing! They executed everything so well and made our day run so smoothly from start to finish that I have not one complaint about them. The guests were all raving about the food and service both that night and after. Paul our MD was so attentive all night as was our BA Jackie. Riviera girls - you truly have nothing to worry about!
Duet - Nick and Kevin - not going to give a grade yet since we obviously don't have our pictures but Nick and Kevin were so easy to work with and from what I can tell got some really great shots. I can't wait to see them!
Camelot - A+ Can't complain about Camelot! Partybus showed up on time, it was nice and clean, and they got us where we had to be when we had to be there. And we ran a little under an hour over the time we hired them for and I have to say I was very happy that they did not bother us the day of with the over charge and called us on Monday to discuss. I thought that was very nice of them not to add any pressure to the day of.
DOC - Events by Christa - A++++ I cannot say enough about this girl! Not only is she a great friend of mine but she really knows her stuff in the event planning business. She was with me from start to finish planning our big day and everything was set up just the way we envisioned it. She was there for me when I need help when my bustle broke, when I needed a drink, to help time everyone walking into the church - she did not stop all night and she's 8 months pregnant!!! Love her to death!
Designs by Rose - A+++ I absolutely love everything - the bouquets, the CPs, the bouts, the corsages, the guestbook table arrangements - everything! The girls bouquets came out even great than I envisioned and I was in love with my bouquet! The flowers held up gerat all night long and the guests wound up taking all of the CPs home with the exception of 4 which we took home.
LI Sound - Scott - A+++ Scott our MC and the DJ (I believe his name was Randy) did a phenomenal job! The dance floor was packed all night long, they played such a great selection of songs and the guests kept telling us how great they were.
I think that was it for all the main vendors.
One person I do want to give a shot out to is our friend Astami. She had contacted me a week before the wedding asking if it would be ok to be like a third photog for the wedding. She's trying to start up her own wedding photography business. I love her photography so of course I said yes and I absolutely LOVE what was has so far... you can check out the pics on her blog:
