back to the drawing board..

back to the drawing board..

So the shoes I ordered came in today. As soon as I took them out of the box, I loved them. And of course, my big fat wide feet dont fit right in them. I can't even get another size, b/c its the width thats the problem. I always have this problem with dress shoes b/c I have these wide, fat feet.

I'm PMSing and ready to cry over shoes..because they never fit me right and ive been looking for a year now.

Please reccomend some good shoe stores on L.I (in or close to Nassau) for bridal shoes.

Thanks girls!

I got mine at DSW although they didn't have a very large selection IMO.

why dont you try using a shoe stretcher or take them to a shoe repair shop and have them stretched...

It IS possible but depends on the material. It works for leather for sure.

I have the same problem! Big ol wide feet! I've had good luck with BCBG shoes because they come in B (broad??) sizes. Cole haan also are super comfy for me - especially if they come with the Nike air

Good luck!!

Oh no!!! I have this problem with some shoes too!

Nine west makes wide widths and they have some pretty shoes and their medium widths aren't that narrow! Try them out!

Also, my wedding shoes are Special Occasions by Saugus and I got them in a WIDE! They are soooo comfortable AND DYEABLE! You can still have pretty pink wedding shoes!

can you try a stuart weitzman store? they can usually get any of their shoes in B - wider width.

They have sooo much more in their store - the website is kinda disappointing. I ordered my BM shoes there and wanted to get a pic off their website to show everyone and they werent even on the website!!! Def go to the store. They are sooo accomodating too - my mom has really wide feet and they were able to put her in a shoe and then cut the heel for her to be shorter - they are great - just go!

colleen - i'm right there with you. the shoes i had my heart SET on looked awful bc i have such wide feet too. but like the other girls said - you can definitely get shoes stretched at a shoemaker. or you can use liquid shoe stretcher on the inside. the guy at the louboutin store did that for me and it made a HUGE difference.
