does anyone know if you can get your deposit back for ALL vendors, or just RHs in suffolk???
MOST of the time, deposits are not refundable... thats why they are in place, so if someone does back out, they are covered. maybe ask them if they can rebook the date if you can get your deposit back ( if they will not willingly give it up to you) but you might just have to cut your losses and figure you may not get anything back, that way when you do, you will be happy!!
you should be able to get out of any contract with any venfor booked in suffolk but you will lose your deposit up to 500 ... they cant keep anymore than that ...
I am not to sure about the whole deposit but Suffolk laws I think you will get back something.
