bacon rolls recipe/appetizers

Does anyone have a recipe for these? They are bacon rolls with cream cheese filling. My cousin's exwife used to make great ones, but since their nasty divorce I can't call to get the recipe. Any other suggestions for EASY to make appetizers for my Oscar party on Sunday? Thanks!!

just spread the cc on the bread cut into stips and wrap with bacon and hold with toothpick

you can also wrap dates with bacon and bake them... tasty sweet treat...

white bread and you take the bacon and wrap arounf the bread and put a tooth pick to hold it

(bacon is not cooked yet)

And I don't cook the bacon before hand??

First you wrap, and then you bake the bacon...

If you cook bacon first it won't be flexible to wrap

I don't know what temperature, I would probably use 350-400

I found this on the allrecipes website. Still confused on how to roll up the bread...

1 (1 pound) loaf white bread, crusts trimmed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound sliced bacon, cut in half

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 Cut each slice of white bread in half horizontally. Spread with cream cheese. Tightly roll each piece of bread with half a piece of bacon. The bacon should be on the outside of the bread. Secure with toothpicks.
3 Arrange roll ups in a single layer on a medium baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until bacon is no longer pink and bread is lightly browned. Serve warm.

Thank you for all your help. I will let you know how they work on Saturday when I attempt this. Going to try it first for me and DH and if we don't end up in the hospital I'll make it for guests
