Bad experience with Elsa Jewelers

Fi and I decided to have my engagement ring re-set before we ordered our bands. We decided to use Elsa Jewelers after all of the wonderful things we heard about them.We changed the band by reseting the stones in platinum and adding 4 baguettes. Well when the ring finally came in Fi and I noticed that one of the baguettes was clearly yellow and had a very noticable scratch down the center. When we brought it to Elsa's attention she told us she couldn't notice anything but she agreed to change the stone. We noticed the problem when we picked up the ring on June 6th....now over a month later I was finally able to have the baguette switched. It was only supposed to take one week to get the baguette in....however....it took over a month. Everytime we called...it was always moved back another week. It didn't even take that long for the band to be custom made. In my opinion....we were put on the back burner because they already had our money and were probably annoyed that we weren't getting our bands from them...which is a whole other story.
So anyway...just wanted to give you guys a heads up... I know alot of people have used them and love them.....just be careful and really look at the quality of stones they give you. Because they tell you the quality and color you will be getting....but apparantly you get something else

That's awful! If I were I'd take it to another jeweler to see if you got what you paid for.
