Bad experience with shoes
If anyone is getting shoes dyed I recommend that you DON'T use Casa di Marios in Patchogue. My bridal party and I found our shoes there and got them dyed with a Cinnamon color swatch... they came back fushia. I know sometimes there are slight shade differences but this was a complete different color. I went back to complain and they said they thought the color matched perfect. One of my bridesmaid's came back with a dirt spot on it too and while we were there the owner used some kind of cleaner on it which gave it a wet look and in turn made it look darker. This wet color looked exactly like the color we originally wanted. I showed it to them with the swatch and the lady there said to me 'what are you crazy'. The owner argued that he takes days to add drops of color and get it to match perfectly... BS, they were done the next day. My ivory color was off too but I know my dress can cover it. They obviously are color blind and have no customer service skills. Now I have to see if anyone can fix it or hope that their dresses are long enough to cover it.
