bad habit

well a good way 4 u sto quit but also kinda disgusting andf sticky, put some kind of hot sauceor wasabi on ur nails so0o whenever u bite them ur mouth would burn...i had a friend that had the same problem and believe it or not, he did wut i told him and it worked.....lemme noe how it goes and what you decide 2 do about it....

Any of you guys nail biters? If you were/are, how did/will you quit? Who wants your bad habit in all your wedding day pictures of your rings? Not me but I'm having such difficulty quitting!

Yeah I am but I am sorry try to quick but I work in a mechine shop where they sometime pop off in the frout
