I have napped, taken tylenol and even tried a little caffeine (a reg. coke) and nothing is helping. Any other suggestions and making it go away. I don't feel sick in any other way but this is killing me. Its been over 4 hours now.

What kind of headache is it? Sinus, tension, migraine? I know I've been getting terrible sinus headaches lately and tylenol sinus (my dr. okayed it) always seems to do the trick.

Its mostly coming off the back of my head, right above my neck and radiating around.
I think it seems to be subsiding, please god I hope so. This has been torture. I just want some Ibuprofen and I can't have it.

Sounds like a tension headache. I know that tylenol makes a special tension headache medicine, but I have no clue if it's okay to take. Try putting a cold compress on it for a little while. Glad to hear it's subsiding though. Feel better!

I know its a day late but what actually works for me is a WARM compress. Seems opposite of what anyone would want but once I finally took a friends advice a tried it I'm a true believer. Sometimes it helps to switch from warm to cold every few minutes.
I use this cause I get headaches about 2-3 times a week and hate to keep taking so much tylenol.
