Bad News

Bad News

I feel horrible - one of my BM's was in a really bad car accident last night coming home from one of my other BM's houses. She told me she was coming home from her boyfriends but the other BM told me that she was coming home from her house. I just thank God that she is ok - and her injuries will heal. I was going to send flowers but I decided on a CD and a book instead. I feel horrible that this happened while she was doing something for me. I am besides myself. Any other ideas of what I could do for her without being completey overbearing? I am so thankful she is ok, but I can't even talk to FH w/out crying. I know this isn't my fault but I still feel so horrible.

I dont think you'd be overbearing at all. Is she in the hospital? Visit her and bring her that book and cd, thats a sweet idea. Maybe bring her a batch of cookies or a nice pajama set (if shes in the hospital).

I am so sorry about your BM. I hope she wasn't hurt too badly

It's not your fault and you shouldn't feel guilty.

Is she in the hospital? You could send some magazines and maybe some videos if she have a vcr in her room along with the book & CD.

If she is home - bring over her favorite take out and leave care packages for her.

Help keep her company.

I hope she has a speedy recovery

It's not your fault so don't beat yourself up about it - the gifts are a very nice gesture and I'm sure she'll appreciate your thought. Glad to hear that she will be okay.
