so besides both New York Baseball teams losing and me having to go to the worst class ever...
I GOT PULLED OVER!!!!!
and the police officer said I was going WAY faster than my car can even go, and I'm really upset because it said on the ticket that i HAVE to appear in court... that's never happened to me before!!
i'm really terrified, but I will tell you that it has opened my eyes and now i'm scared to drive anywhere.

Re: bad night...
i know a GREAT ex-traffic judge turned traffic attorney who takes care of all my friends tickets. his fee's depend on the ticket itself. i got my VERY FIRST ticket last week for blocking the box in the city and he's charging me $125. he gets it dismissed which is great bcuz it wont appear on ur driving record. my FH and his friends use him all the time. FM me if u want his info. he's in queens but u can even just mail him ur ticket and a check if u cant make it to his office. thats what i do.

yeah because he said i was going 92 in a 55 (WHAT?! MY CAR DOESNT EVEN GO 92!!!)
so thats 30+ above the speed limit, and on the ticket it says i must appear in court.
I will pay a fine, i've learned my lesson, but i will freak out if my license gets suspended or revoked...

i have to assume thats what happened... nobody was passing anyone ... we were traveling in a herd.
i'll admit, i was speeding, but not 90 MPH! its crazy!

I am so sorry Marissa!!! Don't be scared about court, it will be fine and I am sure they will reduce the ticket down.

Re: bad night...
i sent the ticket in, pleading not guilty (which is what my friends told me to do...i hope it was the right thing)...
and then they are gonna send me the date time and place of the hearing. I called the place to ask exactly what to do and she said to send it in with my plea, and they will send me something back.
lets hope this works out.
i really cant lose my license...i will freak out.
