i'm thinking of doing bagpipers at my wedding to surprise FH. johnny&maur had them at her wedding and my FH was in love. he still talks about them.
everyone i have contacted has quoted around $500. i want 1-2 bagpipers and a drummer. anyone know of anyone cheaper? i only want them for about 10 minutes!

are you thinking about having them at the church or the reception? i was thinking about maybe one at the church. im not sure about prices but if its that much i dont think well do it. i saw a few vendors on this site you could check that out. good luck. bag pipers are cool. i love the music!! plus FH is scottish so it works for us. well see though

we are having something similar , two trumpeteers at the church for a 1/2 hr before ceremony, the hour of ceremony and a 1/2 hour after...

Check out the vendors on the NYCity Site as well, I believe their is one more vendor on their that is not on the LI site.. you can ask for a price quote.
