DH spent lots of $$$$ (on me) in the past 6 months at this store. So they sent us a 'gift card' for $50. When we tried to use it yesterday, the salesman mas so incredibly rude. 'Oh we don't sell ANYTHING at that price!!' So um what's the point of the gift card?? Oh dumb me, to buy something EXPENSIVE and get $50 OFF? Well, I don't WANT anything expensive so you should have something at that price!!
The sales person was condescending and rude. And he was so stupid - duh, show me something for $100. Then maybe I'll bite.
We were annoyed, frustrated and totally insulted. I will never shop there again. Besides that they are a rip-off anyway....
Just wanted to give a heads-up to anyone considering shopping there. I suggest you don't.

We got the same thing a couple of months ago. It seemed cool until we realized that you couldn't use it on sterling silver, and everything else in the store was over $500.

I threw ours in the garbage the minute it came ... we bought our wedding bands there and mine appraised for HALF of what we paid!!!!!

That's horrible! We went looking at e-rings there and they kept trying to convince us to get the more expensive pink diamond (this was at the JLo/Ben time). I really didn't want a pink one and they were almost insistant about it.

they saw DH coming from a mile away...I could not believe what they wanted for my band..I got a similar one for 1/3 of the price.

My e-ring was appraised for $2000 less than what DH paid. A big rip-off that they claim is for the 'Servicing'. Luckily we went to Tri-County for our bands, which appraised at twice their value, so we broke even in the end.
I won't go to BBB again except for the cleaning and servicing (yup, I'm getting every cent out of them I can!!!)

I went in there once & walked out of there after the same nasty attitude you got.
BB&B are from the same Corp as Zales. (kind of like Gap/Old Navy) Why don't you call a Zales store & see if they will use the coupon. It's worth a shot.

they send me gift cards all the time. they sent my husband 100 gift card for valentines day. nothing is under $125 and the items that are 125 arent that great. I got hoops and a necklace so far and had to pay over 25.
