Bakery for Wedding Cupcakes

So our venue does not include a wedding cake (which kind of works out well for us because I have some dietary restrictions). So we are planning on having a small cake on top of a large cupcake tower. I know where we are going to purchase the small cake from to fit my dietary needs, but I don't know of a bakery for the regular cupcakes. We are going to need between 200-225 cupcakes, nicely decorated in a few different flavors. Has anyone had experience with cupcakes for weddings or just knows of a great bakery?

P.S our wedding is out east in Aquebogue (near Riverhead) so the bakery would have to deliver there.
