bakery in nyc?

Anybody know of a bakery that can make cookies (specific ones that I want...) in NYC?

There is a famous cookie maker called Elenas cookies but they are pricey.

Cupcake Cafe makes cakes - I don't see why they wouldn't make cookies too. I hear lots of good things about them.

I was thinking Cupcake Cafe - I just wasnt' sure they'd do custom...their cupcakes are INCREDIBLE in case you have never indulged in them. I went to a wedding once where the girl used black and white cupcakes arranged in a tier as her wedding cake - AMAZING!

I second the Cupcake Cafe. My office in Times Square and whenever we celebrate something in the department we get cakes and cupcakes from there. The are so beautifully decorated. I would use them for my wedding cake, but I am getting married in a temple and it has to be Kosher
