Can I do that? I have chicken cutlets marinating -- and unfortunatley, as of now, FH doesnt have a BBQ, and I hate them in the pan, so can I bake these??

If so, at what temp. and for how long?

Please dont make fun of me--at least I try?.

Thanks in advance.......

you are adorable

I'm not sure if you can bake them although I don;t see why not ...

get a grill pan (register for one) ... i love them.

ETA: I'd bake at 350 for 20 minutes - 30 minutes. - check it to see if it's done.

You always come thru for me, LI.

I should have just emailed you this question. LOL

Although registering for a grill is not gonna help my cutlets in the fridge now?

OK 350 for 20-30 min--Got it!

check on it after 20 minutes, if they look too juicy or you cut into one and it looks too juicy then out it back it.

But cutlets really shouldn't take more than 20 - 25 minutes. Breasts should be more toward 30 - 45 minutes.

On the bone is usually 45 - 60 minutes.

Generally speaking. Not always, sometimes longer but it's a good rule to start with.

I know the grill won;t help tonight but trust me, the grill works, register for it! I'll buy it for you I use mine a couple of times a week

Absolutely you can bake marinated chicken. Put it in a pyrex dish .. cover loosely with foil .. poke a few holes .. bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes .. more or less depending on the size of the pieces.
