Toll house (chocolate chip) pie

Super easy to make, you don't really need the mixer though, a fork does the job, and btw Im so jealous that you got the mixer, that is so exciting!

Ok recipe...

1cup Chocolate chips
1 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C flour
1 frozen pie shell

Mix the flour, sugar, brown sugar, butter and eggs together. Throw a few chocolate chips in to make sure its is cool enough to add all the chips. Make sure the chips dont melt, if they dont add the cup on chips now and mix it up.

Poor the mix into the pie shell (tip - defrost the pie shell than use a fork around the edges to make it look homemade )

Bake at 350 for an hour

Tasts like a big soft cookie! Ive gotten nothing but wonderful compliments on this pie!

Re: BAKING RECIPES!!!

I'm all about the chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back of the Tollhouse morsel bag. The trick though is to use 'BROWNULATED' sugar instead of regular brown sugar. They are by far my favorite baking recipe!
