Re: Balloon decorators??
I'm at a loss here, what is a balloon decorator? Someone who draws on balloons or is it someone that makes arrangements??

Tara. My friend's fiancee is a balloon decorator - he's originally from Boston but has recently moved to Brooklyn. He has a car and is doing shows down here. You can check him out at -his name is Todd and I have recommended him to numerous people. FM me if you need further info. You can check him out at http://www.balloonshow.com.
